Just like you, my life is crazy busy.

I'm really good at what I do because I live a life that is VERY overwhelming, and that isn't changing anytime soon

For almost 15 years I have cared for my chronically ill hubby who has severe fatigue with concentration and memory issues.

I run my business, and my home, and to add to the mix, I have an ADHD brain.

My family isolated since the beginning of the COVID times, 24/7, four people for over four years. We are only now gradually venturing into the world.

I KNOW OVERWHELM!

Over the last 30 years I have worked with people of all neurotypes and genders to assist them in making changes in their lives.

I have qualifications and experience in many different areas - health (alternative/ natural), coaching, alchemy, magic, tarot, witchcraft, image & style, AND most importantly, I live this, every single day.

I help people , particularly parents, who are overwhelmed shift the chaos and confusion, to create a life with more ease and calm,

even if the outside circumstances won't be changing.

I believe that the antidote to overwhelm is magic - enchantment and wonder.

I weave the power of fairtytales and magic into everything I do.

Fairytales have always been about survival. About holding on when the path disappears. About finding light in the dark.

Fairytales remind us that the hardest journeys often lead to the most unexpected transformations.

Even the smallest bit of wonder - a glimmer, or a spark, is enough to keep going.

When the hero feels lost, they aren’t. They just haven’t seen the path yet.

Magic is the knowing that even when the world is impossible, it is not unchangeable.

Magic teaches us that what looks like the end is often a turning point.

That the way forward isn’t always visible until we take the first step.

That even the smallest act can crack open the impossible.

Magic is not about pretending things aren’t hard.

It’s about remembering that within the hardness, there is still something alive, something waiting to be found.
